Agreement Sale Overages Surplus Subcode Effective Date Systype Used on the Maintain Buyers screen to define the surplus subcode. Select the systype defined for the Agreement Sale Overages Surplus Subcode systype.
Allow Property to be in Multiple Secure Sales Effective Date Boolean California. Allows tax sale items to be in multiple tax sales, and the  tax sale in the Publication List to be in multiple secure sales when set to True. When a tax sale with multiple items is cashiered, the status of any tax sale item also in another tax sale is set automatically to Non Participant in the non-cashiered tax sale with a Change Reason set to Sold in Another Sale. The Assessor, Auctioneer, and Tax Sale Balance reports include an additional Multiple Sales column that contains a count of the number of tax sales in which an item is participating if this setting is set to True and there are multiple items in a secure tax sale. The Copy function via the Process Items dropdown in the Tax Items Details panel on the Maintain Property Sales screen  is used to copy the item from one tax sale to another. Also, a Multiple Sale link in the header of the Info Center > Tax Information screen for any items in multiple sales  opens a popup to select the particular tax sale, which opens the Tax Sale Information screen with the selected tax sale information loaded.  IMPORTANT: This setting must be set to True in San Diego, California. For all other jurisdictions, set as applicable. The default is False.

NOTE: If set to True, you must configure the Multiple Sales field for the Tax Sale Export via Configuration -> File Input/Output -> Input / Output File Configuration, choose Tax Sale Export

Approval required for final advertising list Effective Date Used to set approval requirements for finalizing an advertising list. Set to True to enable approval before an advertising list can be finalized.
Bundle - Excess Proceeds Allocation Effective Date Used to group multiple properties into a single unit for sale in a tax sale. Set to Proportional Allocation to allocate excess proceeds across all items in a bundle.

Set to Include on Main Item Only to allocate the excess proceeds in the main tax sale item of the bundle only.

Calculate 2 minimum bids (Value and Delinquent Tax) Effective Date Boolean California and San Diego, California. Determines whether to allow calculation of 2 minimum bids for property tax sales. The Value method uses the assessed value whereas the Delinquent Tax method uses a tax and cost basis method. When set to True, both method amounts are displayed on relevant delinquent and property sale screens, and the Manage Delinquent Group screen includes a Minimum Bid Selection Common Action that opens the Minimum Bid Selection screen for the purpose of defining and maintaining bid details.  See also the Default Minimum Bid when Min Bid is calculated using both Value and Delinquent Tax setting. That is set in combination with this setting. When set to True, a User Selected Minimum Bid Amount is included in the Property Sale Notice data source and prints on the notice.

Set to True for the system to calculate and display 2 minimum bids for property tax sales, the assessed value method and the tax and costs basis method. False is the default.

IMPORTANT: This must be set to True in San Diego, California. Set as applicable in other jurisdictions. See the Default Minimum Bid when Min Bid is calculated using both Value and Delinquent Tax setting also.

Claimable Excess Proceeds Surplus Subcode Effective Date Systype This setting, along with the Unclaimable Excess Proceeds Remaining after Costs setting and the Unclaimable Excess Proceeds Surplus Subcode, are configured with specific surplus subcodes used to filter the results on the Search Excess Proceeds screen. Set as applicable.  If, for example, a payment is made that is greater than a minimum property sale bid (MinBid), the surplus subcode selected should be TaxSale OverBid.

Default Minimum Bid when Min Bid is calculated using both Value and Delinquent Tax Effective Date Integer California and San  Diego, CaliforniaUse this setting to define the minimum bid amount when setting the Calculate 2 minimum bids (Value and Delinquent Tax) to True Enter the minimum default bid amount when the Calculate 2 minimum bids (Value and Delinquent Tax) setting is set to True. The default is blank and a value is not required.

Require ID number when adding buyer System Boolean Determines whether a buyer ID number is required when adding a buyer on the Maintain Buyer screen. Set to False to add a new buyer without defining a buyer ID. Set to True to require a buyer number; otherwise, you cannot save on the Maintain Buyer screen unless you define the buyer ID.
Require Reason Codes Effective Date Boolean This setting triggers validation on the Maintain Tax Sale screen when a tax sale item is removed from sale (IsParticipant set to False or the MinBidAmount is modified). If set to true, a reason code is required. Set to True to require a reason code for tax sale items removed from a tax sale.
Require override for reducing Minimum Bid in Mass Entry Effective Date Boolean California. Used in combination with  the Delinquent Effective Dated Boolean application setting Advertising Use Minimum Bid Factorsthe Accounts Receivable Effective Date systype application setting  Reason Code for Buyer Payment Import Threshold Exception, and the minimum bid factor amount threshold set on the Maintain Property Sales screen, if set to true, if the threshold is exceeded when defining the minimum bid on the Mass Enter Tax Sale Information screen, a popup displays requiring a reason code. Set to true to require a reason code for Tax Sale Property Sale mass imports when the minimum bid threshold exceeds the defined AR reason code.
Tax Sale Date used for Publication Date Effective Date Use this to select the tax sale date: Current options are Publication Date, Deeds Recorded Date, or Extended Payment Due Date. Select the type of tax sale date to use for the publication date.
